1. This is to ensure secure transactions between the customer and EZ12BET, we do not accept any transactions from third parties.
2. All customer offers are limited to One per person / Household / Account / IP address / Phone number. (If there is any collusion or usage of multiple accounts, all winnings will be forfeited.)
3. All draw or tied wagers, canceled or void bets/wagers, or bets placed on two opposite sides will not be taken into the calculation of any turnover accumulation.
4. Sports match odds lower than 0.5 or 1.50 (Decimal odds) will not be taken into the calculation of any turnover accumulation.
5. Blackjack, Roulette, Lottery, Perdana, Poker, Hunt Fish, and All RNG games are not applicable to this promotion.
6. EZ12 reserves the rights to decline the payout and freeze the members account if there are any form of abnormal or suspicious betting activities, Ghost Ticket, Group Betting, Fraud Bet and third-party software found. All payout will be void.
7. EZ12 reserves the rights to revise the Terms and Conditions or to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
